Fiawna Forté is an interdisciplinary artist primarily known for her ability to create and produce music, graphics and video across multiple genres and forms.  
She has been celebrated for her live performances that vary from energetic, full-band sets to captivating solo material.  Fiawna has extensively toured the nation and has performed a variety of festivals (including 5 SXSW showcases opening for artists such as Leon Russell and Wanda Jackson). 

Forté’s song ‘I’d Rather Die’ was featured in South Korea’s very first smart phone (Pantechs Vega  no. 6) ad and in Sterlin Harjo’s film, Barking Water, featured at 2009 Sundance in which she also makes a cameo appearance. 

Forté joined with Harjo again for the making of her music video ‘Boat Song’ in 2010. She has been featured on compilations all across Europe alongside Amy Winehouse. And has created and directed numerous music videos and artwork for Tulsa based artists. 

Forté is also a passionate sculptor working primarily with scrap lumber and metal to create musically inspired structures.
